Through the promotion of Healthy Lifestyles, members learn to engage in positive physical, mental, and emotional behaviors. They learn how to set reasonable personal goals that will help them to become responsible adults. 

At our Club, members not only participate in regular physical activities at our local gym and field, but are also able to participate in several national programs offered by Boys & Girls Clubs of America. These programs include SMART Girls, Healthy Habits, and Triple Play.
