Teacher of the Year
Ms. Elaine Archuleta
English Teacher
at Pojoaque Valley Middle School
Ms. Archuleta was nominated by Savannah Martinez.
Savannah stated that Ms. Archuleta is a teacher that does not get frustrated easily; that she is patient, kind, loving and pushes her students until they understand the lesson. She takes a personal interest in each of her student’s daily lives as if they were her own children. It is not just these reason she feels that she is deserving but also for her continuous dedication toward the school, faculty and the students. As a teacher for the past 13 years, 6 at PVMS, she makes learning fun for all.
Along with the honor of being named Teacher of the Year, Ms. Archuleta was also awarded a trophy and a check for $500 to be used in her classroom next school year
Congratulations Ms. Archuleta! Keep up the great work!
